(More customer reviews)I was very excited to receive my new Topeak PrepStand only to hear pieces of it rattling around in the box. Then learned I had to assemble it's many parts with metric allen wrenches that were not supplied. It is overly complex with a bad design that allows the frame saddle to slip out when turned at an angle, which lets your precious bike slip out and fall to the floor.......No thanks. I returned it and purchased an "Ultimate Support" repair stand.....simple and strong. I give the Topeak PrepStand an"F"
