(More customer reviews)I met the Rock & Roll guy at a mountain bike race in Squaw Valley in 1995.After the race my son and I were toolingaround the exhibits and passed his booth.He said something like "I can quiet that chain down".I'm a fanatic about maintenance but thought why not!

He cleaned and lubed my chain in one operation and gave me back my bike to try it.I was amazed! Quieter, smoother, better shifting.Needless to say purchased some and used it for the next few years.Ran out couldn't find it locally and forgot about it.

Fast forward to 2008.Out of cycling for a few years, living in SF started road riding on my vintage Cinelli.Put together a new ride in the form of a Cervelo R3 SL weighing in at 12 pounds and change.Asked the LBS (Bike Nut), who really knew their stuff, about Rock & Roll chain lube.No, but they had something just as good.2,000 miles later I find Rock & Roll on line and buy some.

I shaved off 10% of my personal best time on a ride I do often.Was it the lube? Maybe the wind was just right? The next week I did it again.Why a product this good has not reached market domination perplexes me.It's everything they claim and more!
