(More customer reviews)well, i guess i should have listened to the other reviewers out there.this bike stand is just too unstable to be used for general storage.i can see how it might be useful if i was riding around and wanted to be able to park my mountain bike upright somewhere.but i've been trying to use this to stand my bike up in my garage, and while it works, it's really precariously balanced.if i move the bike at all for any reason (like i need to move it 6 inches so i can reach something behind it) , the stand basically becomes unstable and the bike starts to fall over.so i would stay away from this thing and just get a regular bike stand.this thing looks cool, but is pretty much useless you never intend to move your bike.
