(More customer reviews)It seems to work great, but it smells like a heavy cleaning solution, so you might want to use it in a ventilated area. Also, I haven't tried diluting it but it claims that you can use up to 9:1 water to cleaner. I know it works even on chain and the worst bike grease if you don't dilute it.
