(More customer reviews)As I write this review, I'm ordering my second Park rolling shop stool.I have a home bike mechanics shop, three bike stands, and 15 bikes.I do a lot of pro bono work for neighbors and family friends.
Simply put, as long as you have a solid surface upon which to roll, you'd be hard pressed to find a better shop seat than this.I have a lot of Park tools, and they all seem perfectly designed for what they're supposed to do.
This stool's wheels are rugged, the seat telescopes up and down, and the padded portion is perfectly designed such that you can sit on it all day if you have to.
Many times when working on bike you need to be able to sit and be focused - working on bottom brackets for example - and to be able to push the stool around the bike to get at both sides quickly is a necessity as well.
Like I said, my second Park rolling stool is on the way (I often have shade tree mechanics who come over to wrench in the shop), and I wouldn't have ordered it if it weren't the real deal.
