(More customer reviews)I beleive the price of $2.99 is very high for an item this small.Size dimensions:4 inches long=(95mm) x 1/2 inch=(20mm).Maybe under .50 cents sounds reasonable.It was not in a small ziploc bag before being placed in the shipping mailbag.This item could have been lost very easily;by slipping inside a different item or its packaging and dropping on the floor after opening the mailbag.This item is so small,thin and lightweight the wind could have blown it away.
