(More customer reviews)I was overjoyed to learn of bio degradable grease.I was also super livid to find that I ruined a set of great skateboard/quad skate bearings (my fault).
I opened and cleaned and dried a set of BSB ABEC 9 129926 bearings. I then applied a small amount of this grease and the bearings worked great - smooth and quiet.But, then the bearings started to seize up, so i went to clean them again, only to find that the grease is nearly impossible to wash off.
So, in the end, the guy at the bike shop and myself failed to understand that this grease is not intended for use in skateboard type bearings.
Aside from that, this grease may work well for applications where there is not high heat, lots of dirt or open applications that could come in contact with lots of dirt.
Why 3 stars? The grease is good, bio degradable is cool, but it requires a heavy duty solvent to clean off, which sort of negates the bio part. So, for applications that may require clean-and-lube maintenance, this may not be the right grease for you.
