(More customer reviews)The people who designed this must have not used one first in a real application or they could not have released it with clear conscience.The elongated plastic loops which accept the straps turn vertical, which jambs the straps and makes them very hard to adjust, especially with one hand.The haphazard use of velcro causes things to stick where they should not. One would think that at least some of the exagerated cost would have been reinvested into developement so hurting people would not have been used as guinnea pigs.
