(More customer reviews)This product held up well to the heat and rain experienced on the Bike Ride Across Georgia this year.It is a bit heavy for a handlebar bag and caused a couple of minor balance bobbles when getting on and off the bike. The biggest complaint that I have with this product is that the 'quick-release' design is not applicable for anyone who has brakes located on the center or even on just the hand grips of handlebars. The brake cables make mounting the 'quick release' impossible. Most touring/road bikes have those type of brakes and so I decided to use the velcro straps instead-again, a problem because the straps are cut too short to reach completely around an average bar and stay secure. Therefore, I resorted to using the shoulder strap of the bag, wrapped around my handlebars, and clipped to the sides of the bag for the entire week during the ride.Lesson learned, I guess. If the velcro straps were made longer I think that this product would have worked much better and been less bulky. As it stands, I probably won't use this bag again as a handlebar bag.
